We attempt to have the newsletter in the
mail boxes near the first of the month of publication (i.e. September 1st,
for the September/October issue).
The newsletter must be at the printer near the 20th of the month to meet printing and
mailing times.
The editor requests the information by the 15th to the month to provide time for
massaging the information into the final product (i.e. August 15th, for the
September/October issue).
Most federation representatives would like to have the information by the 10th of the
month so appropriate columns for the federation can be written or special articles
written.
If all persons involved in the timetable will make note "on the kitchen calendar" of the
date when articles need to be to the first person, it' will facilitate the flow of information
and ensure representation of all clubs and entities that should be included the association
newsletter.
